The Order Management System lets you link collections to customers, thereby ensuring the customers who are not authorised to sell selected collections, do not end up placing orders of the same. It also helps in maintaining better market demarcation and efficient ordering based on collections bought by the customer.
Credit approval & Discount approval
Each Customers order is passed through checks for Credit approval and Discount approvals if required before moving to the warehouse for cutting and packing. If the customer fails the credit or discounting check then the order comes to the authorized admin for approvals and only post appropriate approvals does the order flow to the warehouse for cutting.
Easy order lifecycle

Order Management System Easily view and track orders throughout its lifecycle, right from the time the order arrives, time taken to allocate material, time taken for cutting and other such activities. The order lifecycle will easily map the entire steps throughly for the CRM and other users in the system.
‘No stock’ intimation in real time to customers
Auto intimation to customers when the items they order is not available in a single piece or not available at all. The user does not have to make calls to each customer, since the system itself sends out an Email & SMS* to the customer as the stocks run out, thereby eliminating the issues faced later when customers are intimated late about the non availability of stock etc.
